Teleworking and its impact on job satisfaction in employees who recently graduated from undergraduate university studies
Abstract
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, many organizations found it necessary to implement remote work. Due to this forced implementation and the importance that must be given to human resources, it is necessary to consider whether this modality entails problems of job satisfaction, mainly in people who are at the beginning of their working life. The objective of this research was to determine whether the teleworking modality is related to a different level of job satisfaction in employees who have recently graduated from undergraduate university studies than those who work in person. A literature review was carried out, a test recognized for its validity was applied to 77 subjects who were randomly selected from a universe of 150 recent undergraduate level graduates in the business area of the Faculty of Commerce and Administration of Tampico, the Autonomous University of Tamaulipas and a statistical analysis was carried out. The result obtained allows us to determine that there is no significant difference in job satisfaction between both modalities in that segment of employees.
