Gestión del conocimiento en la era digital: Tendencias, retos y oportunidades en el desarrollo empresarial

Resumen

La gestión del conocimiento es un proceso que demanda una estrategia empresarial que se integre con la política de la empresa, implementación, seguimiento y evaluación. En este sentido, el objetivo del artículo consiste en analizar la gestión del conocimiento en la era digital, su producción científica en el tiempo y sus áreas de aplicación. Así se analizan 167 artículos sobre Gestión del Conocimiento publicados en Scopus entre 2019 y 2023, empleando una metodología bibliométrica con enfoque cuantitativo. Los resultados muestran un aumento anual del 5,97% en publicaciones, destacando a Reino Unido y China como países líderes. Las áreas temáticas predominantes incluyen Gestión Empresarial, Contabilidad, Ingeniería, Ciencias Sociales y Ciencias de la Decisión. Un 93,1% de los trabajos corresponde a artículos originales, reflejando un creciente interés en la Gestión del Conocimiento y su vínculo con la sostenibilidad. Los principales temas abordados incluyen aprendizaje profundo, adaptabilidad, tecnología de la información, intercambio de información y comportamiento organizacional. El estudio concluye que la Gestión del Conocimiento, al optimizar recursos y mejorar estrategias, es clave para desarrollar empresas sostenibles y constituye un proceso continuo que fortalece la toma de decisiones y el funcionamiento organizacional.
