Contraindicaciones de la CPRE
Absolutas
La sospecha o confirmación de una víscera perforada, es quizás la única contraindicación
absoluta para la CPRE, aunque con el advenimiento técnico para mejorar el cierre de
perforaciones, se está convirtiendo también en una contraindicación relativa (14).
Relativas
• Inestabilidad cardiopulmonar.
• Coagulopatía.
• Embarazo.
• Alergia grave al contraste.
• Disfunción del esfínter de Oddi tipo III
